*Our Services
Neat by Nature specializes in pantry organization, not cleaning. While we do light clean your pantry during the organization process, we do not provide:

• Whole-house cleaning

• Professional trash or debris removal

• Pest control services

Your pantry does NOT need to be pre-cleaned, but all other areas of your home should be reasonably clean before our arrival.
 

*Clean & Safe Space Policy
To ensure a successful service, the pantry must be in a suitable condition for organization. If we arrive and determine the space is unsuitable, the appointment will be canceled, and you will receive a 70% refund within 72 hours.

A space may be considered unsuitable if:

• There is a strong odor (mildew, pet waste, rotting food, etc.).

• The pantry is inaccessible due to extreme clutter.

• There are unsanitary conditions (mold, pests, excessive dirt/grime).

If you’re unsure whether your space qualifies, feel free to ask before booking!
 

*Photo & Video Consent
By booking, you agree to allow before-and-after photos/videos for documentation and promotional use. We will NOT record:

• Personal/sensitive information

• Private areas (bedrooms, living spaces, etc.)

• Family photos or anything compromising your privacy

We only capture the inside of the pantry (and occasionally the exterior for framing the shot).

Refund Policy
If your service is canceled due to an unsuitable environment, you will receive a 70% refund within 72 hours to account for travel and time spent.
